Faced with fragmented processes and limitations in their existing systems, a major global oil and gas company set out to streamline and standardise maintenance planning and scheduling to transition multiple regions and varying ERP’s. After achieving significant efficiency gains in North America, including a site cutting scheduling time from four days to one, they expanded Prometheus Planning & Scheduling to their Australian operations. There, it helped increase schedule, data, and resource management for site-level inconsistencies and drive global standardisation. This session will explore how Prometheus Planning & Scheduling supported this transformation and the broader impact of integrated scheduling across multiple complex operations.
• Assessing scheduling inefficiencies and gaps across sites and legacy systems
• Defining key requirements: integration with multiple ERP’s, large scale data processing, integrated end to end platform and a simplified user experience
• Early Adopter: Australian site was one of the first to adopt Prometheus Planning and Scheduling
• Constant feedback and enhancements to understand and tackle local issues and gaps in the processes
• Rolling out the solution across Australian sites to unify scheduling practices
• Advancing global standardisation through a unified scheduling platform
