DEBATE: Middle Management: Bottleneck or Backbone in Asset Intensive Organisations

Panel & Debate
Main Stage
Day 01

In asset-intensive organisations, supervisors and superintendents sit at the fault line between executives’ ambition and worker’s reality. Are they the bottleneck holding us back, or the untapped lever for performance, engagement, and execution? Join this fast-paced, interactive debate to challenge assumptions, share experiences, and help shape a collective view on one of the most critical—and overlooked—forces in asset management.

In this session I would like to moderate and will have a look across who’s attending to see if I can identify / target some well-placed affirmative and negative participants.

Each side will make their case with strong, opposing views!

After that, it’s over to you. We’ll open the floor to the audience — to your opinions, questions, and perspectives. Nothing is off limits. Let battle commence!
