How do I download and access the MAINSTREAM UK Summit event app?
MAINSTREAM Events app is available to download from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Simply search “MAINSTREAM Events” in your app store.

Attendees, speakers and partners will receive their login details one week before the event, so you can start exploring the app, building your schedule and getting connected before the Summit.
Can I get access to the presentations post-event?
All presentations will be uploaded to the MAINSTREAM Community Network and will be available in the week following the Summit. You can join this complimentary Network at any time where you can also access hundreds of whitepapers, podcasts, sign up for monthly masterclasses and more. Please note, a small number of speaker presentations may not be available due to commercial sensitivity.

Where is MAINSTREAM UK Summit being held?
MAINSTREAM UK Summit 2026 will be held at Millennium Point in Birmingham on 20–21 October 2026.
Located in Birmingham’s Eastside district, Millennium Point is easily accessible by public transport and is just a short walk from Birmingham city centre, making it a convenient location for attendees travelling from across the UK and beyond.

Millennium Point is located in central Birmingham, approximately a 10-minute walk from the main city centre. The venue is easily accessible by train, bus, car and on foot, with Moor Street and New Street stations both nearby.

Is there parking available at the venue?
Yes. There is a multi-storey car park located close to Millennium Point, making it convenient for attendees travelling by car.

When will I receive my invoice or paid tax invoice?
MAINSTREAM Community UK Ltd operates independently of Eventbrite. Following your registration, please allow 1–2 business days for your invoice or paid tax invoice to be generated and issued.
Do you offer group or team discounts?
Group and team discounts may be available depending on the number of attendees. To find out what options are available for your organisation, please contact our Community Manager, Meike Paternotte, at meike@mainstreamcommunity.com.
Is my registration transferable?
Yes. If you are unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to someone else in your team, just email meike@mainstreamcommunity.com.
