WORKSHOP: Tracking Success Teaming Adventure

Workshop
Vision Stage

In this story-driven session, participants form teams and through video and stories are transported into even changing world of a wildlife tracker deep in the Kruger National Park. They will need to evaluate incomplete evidence, solve problems and make decisions together. Leader are exposed to what it takes to be a Master Tracker – discernment, curiosity, adaptability, practical imagination and reverence. They will need to rely on collective judgement while experiencing how silos, assumptions and reactive thinking undermine performance. The shared challenge helps maintenance leaders bridge operational divides, convert information into trusted decisions and strengthen a proactive reliability mindset. It creates practical insights for building trust, sharing critical knowledge and sustaining coordinated action when pressure, priorities and leadership change.
