Brabant Water is focused on strengthening maintenance execution while giving field teams better access to the information they need to work efficiently and consistently. The session will explore how Brabant Water is modernising its maintenance processes using SAP, with a particular focus on SAP Service and Asset Manager (SSAM) to support technicians in the field. It will share practical lessons from adoption, connecting field execution with core maintenance processes and improving the quality of information captured at the point of work, as well as Brabant Water’s priorities and roadmap for the next stage of its maintenance transformation.
