The business challenge was to transition from a reactive and time-based maintenance culture to a proactive, condition-led approach. To achieve this, the right techniques, tools and skills were identified to support new ways of working. To address the skills and people change aspect, we established the capability required for the transition by deploying precision maintenance tools, developing targeted training programme’s, and supported the frontline personnel's upskilling. This enabled operational and maintenance teams to adopt new technologies effectively and embed sustainable condition-based maintenance practices across areas of the business.
