For many women in technical spaces (engineering or construction), they have been the first to enter these fields. Being the first is simply holding the door open but others must walk into the room and cultivate more changes.

This session takes a look at the work that must be done by management, and employees to help progress these changes and build a culture of resilience to encourage more women to remain in these fields. We will talk about ways new cultures can be built to accommodate both men and women in the workforce.
