The workshop will explore and discuss the structure required to connect typically siloed asset management functions such as asset condition monitoring and health, asset strategy setting and work execution management. An ideal structure supports deployment of consistent asset-class based strategies, structured Maintenance Plan Master Data, and a foundation for continuous asset improvement through strategic predictive maintenance, structured corrective and improvement workflows, and defect elimination at scale.
